Drivers Age: 21 to 70 Years. Young drivers surcharge is not included in the rental price. It is paid in the local currency at the rental desk.

Drivers License: Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 1 year with no major endorsements. An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver. UK license holders must present both the photocard and its paper counterpart at the time of rental.

Additional Driver: (Can be booked on arrival). Charge per additional driver: 18 EUR Includes 16% Tax. No charge for One Additional Driver.

Insurance Coverage: Collision damage waiver (CDW): Includes 16% Tax; Excess 0 EUR. Glass/Tyre waiver: 3 EUR per Day Minimum 9 EUR Maximum 36 EUR Includes 16% Tax; Excess 0 EUR. Theft waiver (TW): Includes 16% Tax. Third party liability protection (TP): Includes 16% Tax. You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens and glass. Please check with the car rental agent on arrival. If you purchase the Excess Reimbursement Insurance from a third party (such as Insurance4CarHire), the credit card holder will be required to present his/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.

Child toddler seat: 2.5 EUR per Day Maximum 30 EUR Includes 16% Tax; On Request. Infant child seat: 2.5 EUR per Day Maximum 30 EUR Includes 16% Tax; On Request.
GPS - Satellite Navigational System: 4 EUR per Day Maximum 50 EUR Includes 16% Tax; On Request. Special Equipment/ Optional extras may be requested at the time of booking, but they are not included in the rental price. They are paid in the local currency at the rental desk.

Breakdown Assistance: Includes 16% Tax

Fuel Policy: Pick up half full, return half full. Your vehicle will be supplied with half full tank of fuel and must be returned half full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return. (Suppliers fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter). Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated in the top section of rate details.

Mileage Policy: Unlimited

Payment Method: (Driver must have one of the following credit cards when collecting vehicle) American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa. Credit card is required in drivers name. This booking can be paid for by either credit card or debit card. Car rental agents require a credit card in the driver's name to be presented at the rental desk. This is because a deposit is required which is held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. In some countries you may be required to present two credit cards when renting higher vehicle groups. Always ensure that the card has sufficient credit available at the time of rental. The amount authorized is generally the insurance excess and the fuel deposit, but it varies depending upon the size of the vehicle, the age of the driver, the car rental agent, rental duration and pick up location. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Important Information: Another form of identification is required.

Car Types: We search from over 450 suppliers. The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Voucher: Your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present your voucher, means we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.

Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle.
